Please check out opportunities below for you, your family, and friends to spread some LOVE and HOPE this month!
This year, HOPE is EXCITED to announce that we are partnering with The Priceless Gown Project to bring a mini-boutique and fashion show to the Chesapeake Arts Center on Sunday, Feb 25th after service for our teens, preteens, and teens in Brooklyn! All dresses and accessories are free. We would love for this to be a wonderful event for the girls and for the community. Please share this with friends and families that would benefit from this event.

"I've always loved helping others. However, my serving has changed because now I do it with a heart that wants to serve God first. It's been a real joy serving others who are less fortunate. I've met so many new people who are sweet and make me laugh. There have been times, of course, when life made it hard to serve due to negative circumstances. During those times I try to remember to live as Jesus did, as it says in the scriptures. It really fills my heart with love to be able to do something so humbling. I am glad I get this opportunity!"
HOPE worldwide Baltimore Volunteer
When we serve we learn so much about Gods heart for the poor and needy and our own hearts as well. As we reflect, it often helps to write our thoughts and experiences.
Mathew 5:16 teaches...
16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
While Matthew 6:1 teaches us...
6 “Be careful not to practice your righteousness in front of others to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven.
In the spirit on glorifying God and not ourselves and learning from each others stories of faith and service, we will share a series of testimonies from our HOPE worldwide volunteers on Why they serve.
In the wake of recent tension, unrest and long term systemic needs in Baltimore city, there is a great need for willing volunteers who can help serve those who were affected.
Please sign up with CJay to volunteer at any of the times listed below.
